Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will grant you total authority over your email boxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a new e-mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. In addition, you can redirect mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, create email filters, set up autoresponders and guard your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mail box.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming emails based on certain rules set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and change the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Just specify the mail account you would like to forward messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle the rest.
